In the Kyrgyz Republic, the implementation of electronic work books has become possible thanks to the joint efforts of the State Agency for Public Service and Local Self-Government, the state institution "Kyzmat," operating under the Office of the President, and the open joint-stock company "Tunduk." Now this feature is available in the mobile application "Tunduk."
This service is intended for employees of organizations using the "e-Kyzmat" system.
To access their electronic work book, citizens should open the "Tunduk" application, go to the "Certificates" section, select the option "Extract from the electronic work book," and send a request. The application processing occurs instantly, after which the user is provided with an electronic document.
This innovation aims to simplify citizens' access to official information and contributes to the further digitalization of public services.
