From January to October 2025, the State Agency for Public Service and Local Self-Government is conducting regular computer testing for the selection of candidates for state and municipal service.
According to the agency, a total of 11,739 people registered to participate in the testing, of which 9,086 actually took the test. 4,717 participants successfully passed the established threshold for the basic and professional laws, which is 52% of the total.
To ensure complete transparency, the results of the testing are published daily on the official website of the agency. Additionally, immediately after completing the test, participants can see their results on the screen.
Statistics by categories:
Public servants: registered — 7,516, participated — 5,971, successfully passed — 3,360;
Municipal servants: registered — 2,683, participated — 2,071, successfully passed — 1,000;
Candidates for the state personnel reserve: registered — 1,164, participated — 775, successfully passed — 253;
Candidates for the municipal reserve: registered — 376, participated — 269, successfully passed — 104.
To enter the internal reserve of state and municipal bodies, participants must answer 30 questions on basic laws and 30 questions on professional (subject) laws — a total of 60 questions. Each test is allotted 30 minutes, and 1 point is awarded for each correct answer. The threshold for successfully passing the test on basic and subject laws is 50%.
Those who exceed this threshold will need to take an additional logical test consisting of 50 questions with a time limit of 15 minutes. The results of this test will be added to the scores from the laws.
