The Ministry of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations has announced the start of a competition to select an independent testing service that will conduct the National Testing (ORT) for the period from 2026 to 2028.
The agency invites non-governmental organizations with experience in independent knowledge assessment, as well as practice in developing test tasks of varying difficulty that comply with state educational standards and school programs, to participate.
The organization that is selected must ensure the conduct of the ORT on an independent basis, adhering to the principles of transparency, objectivity, and equal conditions for all participants.
Applications are accepted for 16 calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement on the official website of the Ministry, until 18:00 on the last day of submission.
