In accordance with the Law on State Procurement, the new commission will have the authority to review complaints regarding decisions made by procuring organizations and their agents, as well as to address issues related to procurement procedures.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Finance, the recruitment of candidates for the commission is currently open. It may include representatives of public organizations, lawyers, as well as certified experts in the field of state procurement.
To apply for participation in the competition, candidates must meet a number of requirements:
- citizenship of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- higher education;
- availability of a specialist certificate in state procurement;
- at least three years of relevant work experience;
- absence of a criminal record.
The selection process will take place in two stages: first, there will be a document assessment, followed by an interview. A reserve list will also be formed based on the results of the competition.
