According to the technical specifications, the project should contribute to the development of speech skills in toddlers in the Kyrgyz language. This will be achieved through game elements, simple dialogues, repetitive phrases, and original songs. The series is intended to be the first content of its kind in the country created in the state language, aimed at early cognitive and language development of children.
The technical specifications include the creation of at least 153 minutes of original animation in Full HD format (1920×1080), using 2D animation, as well as the development of unique characters (from 2 to 5 heroes), a rich color palette, and a calm musical background. Special attention will be paid to the quality of the voice actors' diction, the originality of the musical works, and compliance with the age requirements of the audience.
All materials, including scripts, storyboards, and final video and audio files, must be provided to the customer in full, including the original project files and documentation on the software used.
