Non-governmental organizations with experience in independent knowledge assessment in the field of education are invited to participate in the competition. Participants must demonstrate skills in applying modern testing methods, as well as the ability to develop tasks of varying complexity on subjects that correspond to state educational standards and school programs.
The organization selected as a result of the competition will take on the responsibility of conducting the ORT on an independent basis, thereby ensuring transparency, objectivity, and equal conditions for all participants.
Documents for participation in the competition must be submitted within 16 calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement on the official website of the ministry.
It is worth noting that since 2002, the Center for Assessment in Education and Learning Methods (CAELM) has been conducting the ORT in Kyrgyzstan. This year, only one application was submitted for the competition — from CAELM.
