The Directorate for National Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic announces a competition aimed at developing the design of award attributes for the winners and prize-winners of the VI World Nomad Games.
The task of the competition is to select the most original design of medals, diplomas, and certificates that should reflect the spirit and symbolism of the World Nomad Games, as well as comply with the approved brand book and high standards of solemnity.
Who can participate:
Creative specialists are invited to participate: designers, artists, graphic and industrial designers, as well as students with original works.
Main requirements for the works:
- Sketches must include both the front and back sides of the medals, as well as diplomas and certificates;
- Works must be executed in a unified style, with a harmonious combination of colors and elements reflecting national culture;
- All submitted designs must be original;
- Sketches should be submitted in electronic and/or printed format with a description of the concept (up to 1 page) and a cost estimate for production;
- The project must take into account the possibilities of technological production.
Evaluation criteria for the works:
- Originality and creativity of the idea;
- Compliance with the theme and requirements of the competition;
- Artistic and aesthetic execution;
- Integrity and expressiveness of the image.
Winners will receive certificates and cash prizes:
I place – 100,000 som;
II place – 80,000 som;
III place – 50,000 som.
The selected works may be recommended for use at the official ceremonies of the VI World Nomad Games.
Copyright for the selected designs will be transferred to the Directorate for National Sports.
