The agency reports that the number of requests from businesses and individuals is constantly increasing, which requires additional resources for processing and maintaining the operation of information systems.
As part of the paid services, data will be provided such as the composition of citizens' families, the number of family members and their actual place of residence, as well as extracts from electronic employment records and information about the status of civil servants. This information is often necessary for the execution of employment contracts, loans, and obtaining social services.
“The introduction of paid services will allow us to cover the costs of processing requests, reduce the burden on the state budget, and simultaneously develop the agency's digital services without additional costs from the state,” the project justification states.
Funds received in a special account will be directed towards the modernization of information systems, upgrading technical equipment, and improving the qualifications of agency staff. Additionally, these resources may be used to organize conferences, seminars, and other events that have social and cultural significance for local self-government bodies and their partners.
