According to him, the main goal of this innovation is to unify documents, which should help eliminate duplication and reduce the risks of corruption and forgery.
When is it necessary to update documents?
The representative of Gosregister clarified that the old red and green books will remain valid until the sale or transfer of the plot. Owners should not worry and change documents in advance.
“The old books will remain in force, but they will need to be replaced when transactions are conducted. The new owner will be required to obtain a cadastral plan,” he noted.
The cadastral plan will be provided on a paid basis, with the cost being about 1,400 soms.
Transition to digital format and protection against forgery
If previously state acts were issued only in paper form, now a digital format of the cadastral plan is being introduced. It will be available in the "Tunduk" system through the electronic services portal.
Every citizen will be able to verify the authenticity of the document online, which will significantly simplify the verification process when purchasing real estate. To do this, one needs to enter the ENI code, which can be found on the website darek.kg.
The new cadastral plan will also contain a QR code that allows for authenticity verification.
What does the cadastral plan include?
The cadastral plan will have the status of a title document and will serve as a passport for the real estate object. It will contain all important information about the land plot:
It should be noted that the presence of legal disputes may be grounds for refusing to issue a cadastral plan. If the boundaries of the plot are already defined, a new plan can be created in one working day.
