What the cadastral plan includes:
- land plot number;
- land category;
- intended use;
- area of the plot;
- location;
- cartographic data and coordinates;
- rights and restrictions related to the plot;
- information about the owner and previously conducted transactions.
In the personal account on the State Portal of Electronic Services Tunduk, a list of land plots or residential houses with land plots for which ownership rights are registered is displayed. Then, the applicant selects the code of the Real Estate Unit for which they want to obtain the cadastral plan.
If the electronic cadastral plan has already been generated, the system will provide it for free. If the cadastral plan is absent, the system will notify: "The electronic cadastral plan has not been generated. It is necessary to contact the relevant territorial branch of the Land Agency."
