The cadastral plan includes the following information:
- land plot number;
- land category;
- intended purpose;
- area of the plot;
- location;
- map and coordinates of the plot;
- rights and restrictions related to the plot;
- information about the owner and previously conducted transactions.
When the applicant logs into their personal account on the State Portal of Electronic Services Tunduk, they will see a list of land plots or residential houses with land plots registered in their name. From this list, they select the code of the Real Estate Unit for which they want to obtain the cadastral plan.
If the electronic cadastral plan has already been generated, it can be obtained for free. In the absence of a cadastral plan, the system displays a notification stating: "The electronic cadastral plan has not been generated. It is necessary to contact the relevant territorial branch of the Land Agency."
