According to him, there are instances where individuals spread false information about the creation of green zones or high-rise buildings in different parts of the city.
“Recently, there has been active discussion about the sale and resale of land plots. We are in the stage of discussing the General Plan project, accepting proposals and comments, and work on its revision is ongoing. If some plots fall into the category of green zones, and the owners are concerned about possible demolitions, I can assure you that this will not happen. We will make the necessary changes to the General Plan, preserving residents' property rights to their buildings,” the mayor noted, adding that public hearings will be held in each district of the city on December 24 and 25.
