“Today, there was a case where a tenant came with a cadastral plan. All previously issued documents, including red and green books, retain their validity for the agreed term. There are documents for 5 years and other terms. After their expiration, new cadastral plans will be processed,” Mainaeva explained.
Also discussed at the meeting was the issue of land plots that had been sold into private ownership. Mirlan Buzurmankulov, head of the municipal land market department, clarified that buyers of such plots retain their ownership rights.
“If a plot was sold and registered as a red book, it continues to remain valid. The sale process is formalized, and the owner retains the red book. However, currently, new red books are not being issued; instead, only a QR code is provided,” he added.
