As part of a criminal case initiated due to the unlawful transfer of state and municipal lands into private ownership, former head of the Don-Bulak rural district S.E.R., born in 1967, land inspector M.F.A., born in 1984, and local resident M.E.E., born in 1983, have been taken into custody.
According to the agency, from 2016 to 2022, the detainees, in collusion with other officials from state institutions, prepared fake documents and carried out the transformation of land plots totaling 1.5 hectares, which were then sold.
Currently, the GKNB continues to conduct operational and investigative actions aimed at identifying and holding accountable the other participants in this fraud scheme.
