The investigation established that among the suspects are: former director of the DPR A.T.Z., chief specialist of the PSC of the Pervomaisky district P.A.T., leading specialist of the PSC of the Oktyabrsky district A.M.M., employee of the state enterprise "Kyrgyz Post" T.A.Sh., and intermediary M.A.K. These individuals organized a system that allowed citizens, including foreigners, to illegally obtain government services for bribes ranging from $100 to $10,000, depending on the complexity of the service.
According to the GKNB, the intermediaries actively sought clients and offered services to expedite the processing of necessary documents. They guaranteed that clients could avoid queues and receive services in the shortest possible time. The funds obtained were distributed among all participants in the scheme.
At present, all suspects have been detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB. The investigation is ongoing.
