Included in the agenda was information about an 80-acre land plot in the Ken-Sai area, where the substation is located.
The head of the urban planning and municipal property department of the mayor's office, Mirlan Kazybay uulu, proposed to transfer 25 acres of land located in the residential area of Ken-Sai to the ownership of OshPES.
Deputy Shakhnazar Bakirov noted that previously 80 acres of land around the substation had already been transferred to OshPES, but now only the transfer of 25 acres is being discussed.
In addition, the deputies agreed to transfer the following objects from municipal to state ownership:
- a building and a plot of 354 square meters located at: Kurmanjan Datka Street, 3 — this was previously the city center for sports and medical rehabilitation;
- a plot of 28,000 square meters (2.8 hectares) in the Ken-Sai microdistrict — transfer to the Presidential Administration for the construction of houses under the state mortgage program;
- an excavator from 119 units of equipment purchased for 500 million soms from the President's Stabilization Fund, directed to the Suyliman-Tosh Electric Networks;
- the building of the kindergarten "Akyilman" and a plot of 3,292 square meters located at: R. Mominov Street, 152 — transfer to the management of the State Committee for National Security in the city of Osh and Osh region (the kindergarten is financed from the republican budget and serves the children of employees);
- kindergarten No. 22 "Ak-Zholtoy" and a plot of 3,800 square meters on Kurmanjan Datka Street, 155 — transfer to state ownership (the institution is financed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and attended by the children of employees of the Osh City Department of Internal Affairs).
