The area of the plot is 0.15 hectares, and it is located at: Naryn city, S. Orozbak street, 45/g. The estimated value of the land is about 33 million soms.
The theater's management filed a lawsuit to reclaim this plot, which had been illegally transferred to private ownership. The case was heard in the Naryn City and Regional Administrative Courts, where the decision turned out to be favorable for the theater. In October, the Supreme Court made a final ruling on this matter.
According to this decision, the State Agency for the Management of State Property under the Cabinet returned the plot to state ownership and transferred it to the management of the Naryn Regional Drama Theater.
It is planned that a three-story building will be constructed on this plot, intended for the needs of cultural workers. The project includes the following elements:
- The first floor will house service apartments for theater staff who need accommodation;
- The second floor will be occupied by dormitories for young specialists working at the theater, who come from other regions and countries;
- The third floor will have rooms for the temporary accommodation of touring artists.
