According to information from the city hall, this plot, located on the eastern side of the central stadium of Osh, belonged to the stadium until 2003 and was used for the activities of the Osh regional state institution for physical culture.
In 2003, the plot was temporarily transferred to the LLC "RAM". Then, in 2008, the city hall decided to register it as private property in the name of Ruslan Maksudov.
Currently, actions have begun to return this land plot to the ownership of the city.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the founder and director of LLC "RAM" is Alim Turgunbaevich Maksutov. This company was registered on April 6, 2000, and is engaged in auxiliary activities in the field of water transport.
