The plot is located on the eastern side of the central stadium. Until 2003, this area housed a regional state enterprise for physical culture and was part of the sports base.
In 2003, the plot was transferred for temporary use to the company "RAM", and five years later, in 2008, by the decision of the city administration, it was registered as private property in the name of Ruslan Maksudov.
Under the leadership of Mayor Jenishbek Toktorbaev, work has begun to return this plot to municipal ownership. The city authorities also reported on conducting inspections of other socially significant properties that were transferred to private hands over the years.
The municipality promised to provide additional information on further actions in this direction.
