This order aims to simplify the process of summarizing the work of healthcare organizations and to ensure the timely submission of quarterly and monthly reports in 2026.
According to the order:
- New forms of statistical reporting have been approved and instructions for their completion have been provided;
- A mechanism for the collection and submission of annual reports from healthcare organizations has been established;
- The Center for Electronic Health under the Ministry will ensure the development of the automated information system "Medstat" for online data collection;
- Heads of institutions must appoint responsible persons for the input and quality control of statistical data, as well as organize training for staff;
The responsibility for the quality and timeliness of reporting lies with the healthcare coordinators in the regions, the directorates of the Central Committee, and the heads of republican healthcare organizations.
The collected reports will be analyzed using the AIS "Medstat," after which the consolidated data will be sent to the National Statistical Committee. The deadlines for submitting reports and analyzing data are established by this order.
Furthermore, this order cancels the previous document regarding the collection of statistics for the year 2024.
