It is planned that the grant amount will be up to 50 thousand dollars per year for those students who enroll in universities that are in the top 100 of global rankings. The distribution of quotas will occur in key areas, including engineering, economics, medicine, and social sciences.
The selection of candidates for the grants will be carried out by the State Grant Commission. Applications will be accepted through the portal of the Ministry of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations. After completing their studies, grant recipients are obligated to work for three years in government institutions or return the allocated funds.
