Specifically, this concerns the kindergarten "Kyzgaldak," which is located at institution No. 8 in the village of Petrovka, as well as the nursery-kindergarten "Baktyluu Balalyk," which is situated at institution No. 3 in the village of Novo-Pokrovka.
As part of this transfer, local authorities will receive not only the buildings and land plots but also furniture, equipment, and staff positions with a payroll fund. Funding for the operation of these facilities will be provided through the Ministry of Education and Science.
Local self-government bodies will need to register these facilities and take responsibility for their further maintenance. At the same time, the use of the premises will occur exclusively for their intended purpose, with quotas preserved for the children of employees of the State Penitentiary Service.
