At a recent Cabinet meeting, a new initiative was presented — the "Right to Health" service, which will allow citizens of Kyrgyzstan to obtain information about their medical rights. This has resulted from two reforms under the "Government Accelerators" program.

Now, more than 5.2 million citizens, which accounts for about 70% of the population, insured under mandatory health insurance, will be able to easily and quickly receive personalized information about the medical services available to them. The service can be accessed through the mobile application "Tündük".

The state program guarantees free medical services for citizens; however, as noted by the Cabinet, its effectiveness has suffered due to a lack of information and the absence of a convenient tool for obtaining data. This new digital service was launched as part of the 100-day "Government Accelerators" project.

Adylbek Kasymaliev, the Chairman of the Cabinet, reported that a new phase of reforms will begin in 2025, and the results of two areas have been summarized, including the improvement of access to guaranteed medical services. He emphasized that this service will significantly enhance the accessibility of medical services for citizens.
