A new digital dispatch service for emergency medical assistance has started operating in Manas, as reported by the country's Ministry of Health.

This service offers automated call management, allowing the system to efficiently distribute calls among teams and track vehicle movements in real time.

The dispatch service covers not only the city of Manas but also the Suzak district. It is equipped with modern technical means, including mobile devices, uninterruptible power supplies, and software integrated with mapping and analytics.

Additionally, dispatchers and paramedics have undergone training to work with the new digital tools.

Deputy Minister of Health Nurgul Adnaeva noted that the digitalization of emergency medical services should be a comprehensive process, including staff training, support, and the transfer of materials to local levels. According to her, the implementation of the new dispatch service format contributes to faster response and coordination of team actions, as well as the potential to scale this experience across the country.

The project was implemented as part of Kyrgyz-German cooperation in the digitalization of emergency medicine.
