In Manas, the digital dispatch service for emergency medical assistance has started operating, as reported by the Ministry of Health's press service.

According to their information, the new system automates the management process of emergency calls, allowing for efficient distribution of calls among teams, monitoring the movement of vehicles in real-time, and making quick decisions based on current data for dispatchers.

This service covers not only the city of Manas but also the Suzak district, ensuring more prompt and organized access to emergency medical care. The dispatch service is equipped with modern computer equipment, mobile devices, uninterruptible power supplies, as well as software integrated with mapping and analytical tools. Training for dispatchers and paramedics on the use of digital technologies enhances the efficiency of response to calls and reduces the arrival time of teams to patients, including those in remote settlements.

This project was implemented by the Ministry of Health with the support of the Kyrgyz-German initiative for the digitalization of emergency medical care, carried out by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).

The implementation of the digital dispatch service is part of the modernization program for the emergency medical service in Kyrgyzstan and the further development of digital solutions in the healthcare sector.
