During a joint inspection conducted by the staff of the STS and representatives of the Ministry of Health, one of the private medical clinics in the capital was examined. As a result of the raid, various medical devices and equipment were found that lacked primary documentation. It was established that this clinic operated without tax registration and a license.
Additionally, in the warehouse of individual entrepreneur B.A.M., who was engaged in pharmaceutical activities without a license, medical products not included in the Register of Medical Devices of Kyrgyzstan were discovered. The inspection revealed that the labels on the packaging of the products had been replaced with labels reading "cosmetic products," concealing the original marking of "medical devices."
Following the inspections, relevant acts were drawn up, and the remaining products, valued at 5.2 million soms, were seized.
