According to information from the department, the main achievement of the group was the elimination of the human factor in the licensing process. Now all stages are carried out in an online format, and the application review period has been significantly reduced — from 30 to 20 days.
The automation of the licensing process allows those wishing to open a private school to submit documents through the online portal https://license.edu.gov.kg/.
Additionally, the previously existing requirements for coordinating the school's charter with the ministries have been abolished, and the issuance of conclusions on sanitary and fire safety requirements is now carried out within three to seven days, which is a significant reduction compared to the previous 30 days.
For reference:
- Previously, the licensing process took more than four months.
- There were issues with repurposing buildings and obtaining the necessary conclusions.
- Sanitary and fire safety permits were issued within 30 days.
- The abundance of paperwork led to bureaucracy and frequent document returns.
- The licensing commission and council took a long time to make decisions.
- A lot of technical work was required to prepare the paper license form.
