- the vehicle must correspond to the registration documents and other ownership confirmation papers;
- the owner must have no outstanding fines and penalties for traffic violations in the AIS "Vehicle Register".
The parties cannot use different digital platforms for the same transaction.Seller's ActionsFor successful online re-registration, the seller should take the following steps:
- Undergo identification via Face ID.
- Select the "Vehicle Re-registration" option.
- If they have multiple vehicles, choose the one that will be transferred.
- If necessary, ensure the spouse undergoes online identification to confirm consent for the sale.
- Specify the vehicle's price.
- Enter the buyer's personal identification number (PIN).
If there is a permit for tinting the front side windows, it can be transferred to the new owner.Buyer's ActionsTo complete the online re-registration, the buyer must:
- Undergo identification via Face ID.
- Select the territorial department responsible for vehicle registration.

- issue and provide the buyer with the vehicle registration certificate and state license plate.
