The document features a transparent protective window displaying a national ornament in green. Under the influence of ultraviolet rays, this ornament changes color to red, serving as an additional element for authenticity verification.
On the front side of the certificate, there is a DOVID hologram that provides protection against counterfeiting and alterations. The texture of the document includes protective tactile elements that can be distinguished when viewed from different angles.
The new registration certificates employ modern methods of print protection, including optically invisible inks and a guilloche background with lines ranging from 40 to 70 microns in thickness, as well as variable microtext available in both positive and negative formats.
Data personalization is carried out using laser equipment, ensuring high accuracy and durability of the applied information.
According to the agency's information, laser equipment has been installed in the branches of the state center that deal with vehicle servicing. Each operator has their own device, which helps increase throughput and ensures equal access for citizens to government services in various regions.
