Beqsultan Tokonov has been appointed to this position instead of Malbashev.
Beqsultan Tokonov, born in 1987, graduated from the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn with a degree in "jurisprudence." He holds the rank of captain of the financial police and the class rank of a first-class state civil servant. Previously, he worked in customs authorities and in the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes. In 2023, Tokonov became a referent in the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, and then headed the State Property Management Department within the same office.
