"Unfortunately, it is not always possible to conduct updates at night, which sometimes leads to problems. However, the application soon restores its functionality," Zhumaeva explained.
Additionally, she noted that difficulties may arise when a large number of users simultaneously access the services. "This happened, for example, during the peak usage of the service for online registration of OSAGO policies," she added.
