The reform of debureaucratization of the economy continues to develop in Kyrgyzstan, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce.

According to the provided data, specific results have already been achieved.

As part of the implementation of the "regulatory guillotine" project, out of 905 permitting documents in the state registry, only 496 remain after analysis. 200 documents were sent for optimization or cancellation. In addition, the requirements for notarization of most documents have been abolished — it is now sufficient to confirm them with the seal of the legal entity. Conciliation commissions have been abolished, and decisions are now made directly by government agencies, significantly reducing the time for service provision.
According to the ministry, during the reform, 20 laws, 20 government decisions, and 6 presidential decrees aimed at reducing administrative barriers were adopted.
The interdepartmental commission and the National Institute for Strategic Studies identified numerous duplicative functions and outdated procedures, a significant portion of which has already been eliminated.

Ministry representatives emphasize that simplifying procedures has a positive impact on the investment climate. Unified timelines, digital services, and transparent rules reduce risks for businesses and diminish opportunities for corruption.

The Ministry of Economy stresses that debureaucratization is not a temporary measure, but a long-term transformation. The reform will continue, and simplified norms will be established through digitalization, new standards, and training for civil servants.
