A practical seminar was held at the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, organized in collaboration with business associations, aimed at supporting sewing enterprises. Participants were provided with explanations on taxation, accounting, and product certification.
According to information from the ministry, specialists from the Tax Service provided clarifications on the main aspects of tax administration. The seminar program discussed the current tax regimes, rules for accounting raw materials and finished products, as well as the procedure for processing electronic documents, such as electronic invoices (E-invoices) and electronic waybills (E-waybills). Participants were emphasized that proper accounting and the transition to electronic document management are critically important for entering export markets and working with marketplaces.
In a separate section of the seminar, product certification was discussed. Specialists from the Bishkek Center for Standardization and Metrology explained the requirements of the Technical Regulation of the EAEU 017/2011, as well as the procedure for obtaining declarations and certificates of conformity, undergoing laboratory tests, and preparing a complete set of documents for supplies to the markets of EAEU countries. Participants were informed that successful completion of certification procedures significantly increases the export opportunities for manufacturers.
Another important topic was the labeling of goods in the "Honest Sign" system. Representatives from "Alpha Telecom" explained the principles of the system's operation, the process of obtaining and using labeling codes, as well as the mechanisms for data control. It was emphasized that the implementation of labeling contributes to increased transparency in trade, reduced risks of illegal imports, and strengthened trust from foreign markets.
The seminar organizers noted that similar training events will be held regularly to support domestic producers and help them adapt to modern market requirements.
