During the meeting, issues related to the import of Kyrgyz products to the Russian market were discussed.
“The current situation is caused by increased control from the Russian authorities. We also discussed measures that will help support our producers both in the domestic market and in the field of foreign economic activity,” the official statement noted.
Meeting participants emphasized the importance of improving inter-agency cooperation, updating infrastructure, enhancing staff qualifications, and implementing modern quality standards. Businessmen reported on the difficulties faced by enterprises and expressed their readiness for joint work to address these issues.
“As a result of the discussion, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce was tasked with developing a comprehensive set of proposals aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the sewing industry and creating favorable conditions for doing business,” the statement added.
