India will provide Kyrgyzstan with grant assistance of 253.2 million soms
According to information provided by the press service of the Ministry of Economy, India will allocate grant assistance to Kyrgyzstan in the amount of 253.2 million soms. This became possible due to the signing of two memoranda of cooperation.

The first memorandum concerns the implementation of a project titled "Establishment of an IT Lab for the Kyrgyz Economic University (KEU)" in Bishkek.

The second memorandum involves a project for "Improving the technical base and infrastructure of the Center for General Medical Practice (CGMP)" located in the Leilek district of the Batken region.

For each project, the Indian side will allocate a grant of 126 million 600 thousand soms, which will contribute to the development of educational and medical infrastructure in the country.

The documents were signed on behalf of India by Ambassador Birender Singh Yadav, and on behalf of Kyrgyzstan by the Minister of Economy and Commerce Bakyt Sydykov, the Minister of Science and Higher Education Bakhtiyar Orozov (within the framework of the IT Lab project for KEU), and the Deputy Representative of the President in the Batken region Zhanibek Isakov (for the CGMP project in the Leilek district).
