From November 1 to December 13, 2025, 86,339 citizens used the self-ban on lending service, according to the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan.
On November 1, 2025, a new mechanism ensuring financial security – the "Self-Ban on Lending" – was launched. This initiative is designed to protect users' personal data from fraudsters.
To set a self-ban on credit, follow the instructions in the "Tunduk" app.
- Download or open the "Tunduk" app.
- Go to the "Services" section -> "Self-Ban on Lending".
- Select a bureau – "Isheni" or "SES".
- Click "Enable Self-Ban" and complete the process!
If you see the message "Service temporarily unavailable," update the app and try again.
