Compensation for revenue losses for carriers will be carried out as follows:
- through the republican budget if the benefits are introduced by a government decision;
- from the local budget if the benefits are approved by local keneshes.
- in municipal buses with validators: 17 soms for cashless payment and 20 soms for cash payment;
- in small class buses, regardless of ownership, - 20 soms.
- for schoolchildren - 360 soms;
- standard card - 1,020 soms.
The costs for producing the transport card are included in its actual cost.The right to free travel on municipal transport is granted to the following categories of Bishkek residents:
- pensioners;
- persons with disabilities of groups I, II, III;
- children with disabilities from childhood;
- children under seven years old;
- postal workers of "Kyrgyzpost" performing official duties.
