During the meeting, drivers shared their suggestions and voiced a number of problems, including:
- acute staff shortages;
- the desire of drivers to completely eliminate cash payments, which distract them during work;
- the necessity to strictly adhere to traffic rules;
- issues related to salary increases and improving working conditions.
Vice Mayor Aliyev emphasized that he intends to personally check the operations on the routes to monitor the situation in the transport sector, after which discussions on the raised issues are planned.
