The construction of the facility began only in 2024, although it had been planned since 1986. For this purpose, 0.85 hectares of land were allocated. The design was carried out by JSC "Kyrgyzgiprostroy," and the construction work was carried out by the CRBC consortium in cooperation with LLC "Tekhnotop."
During the construction, work was done to strengthen the western bank of the Alamedin River, a 120-meter passage channel was built, four pipelines with a diameter of 1000 mm were laid, and a pumping station building with an area of 576 m² was erected. Inside, eight modern pumps were installed, each capable of pumping 2500 m³ of water per hour, along with a transformer substation with two transformers.

Power cables were also laid from the "Bishkek" substation, and work was carried out on the automation and dispatching of the equipment. The road on Osmonkul Street was reconstructed with asphalt paving, the construction of sidewalks, and a drainage system.

During the event, trees were also planted on the territory of the new station.
