Tariffs for Passenger and Luggage Transportation in Public Transport
Tariffs for the transportation of passengers and luggage in public urban passenger transport in the city of Bishkek since May 1, 2012
To ensure the stable operation of passenger transport, uninterrupted transportation of residents and guests of the capital, improve the economic condition of municipal passenger transport enterprises, regulate prices for services, and provide free travel in urban passenger transport for certain categories of citizens, the Bishkek City Council adopted a resolution on tariffs for the transportation of passengers and luggage by public passenger transport (trolleybus, bus, minibus) in the city of Bishkek since May 1, 2012.
1. Cost of travel for one passenger:
- in trolleybus 8.00 soms;
- in bus 8.00 soms;
- in minibus from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM 10.00 soms;
- in minibus from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM 12.00 soms;
In express route minibus:
- No. 177 Osh district – "Dordoy" district 12.00 soms;
- No. 191 railway station – "Dordoy" district 12.00 soms;
- No. 230 "Dordoy Plaza" shopping center - "Dordoy" district 12.00 soms;
- No. 233 "Alamedin" district - "Dordoy" district 12.00 soms;
- No. 234 "Madina" shopping center - "Dordoy" district 12.00 soms;
- No. 218 "Dordoy-Dyikan" district - "Dordoy" district 12.00 soms;
- No. 226 6th microdistrict – "Dordoy" district 17.00 soms;
- No. 252 Asanbay microdistrict - "Dordoy" district 17.00 soms;
- No. 123 Alamedin 1 microdistrict - "Dordoy" district 17.00 soms;
- No. 128 Tunguch microdistrict - "Kerben" district 17.00 soms;
- No. 192 stop "Kirkmostrom" - "Ak-Suu" district 17.00 soms;

2. Fee for transporting 1 piece of luggage in buses and trolleybuses weighing:
- over 40 kg or 50x60x100 cm 8.00 soms;
3. Cost of a monthly travel pass:
- school (unified) 175.00 soms;
- bus, trolleybus (unified) 495.00 soms;
The costs for producing the travel pass form will be included at its actual cost.
4. Establish the right to free travel in municipal public passenger transport for the following categories of citizens in the city of Bishkek:
- pensioners by age;
- persons with disabilities of groups I, II, III due to general illness and work-related injuries;
- persons with disabilities from childhood;
- children under 7 years old;
- postal workers of the State Enterprise of Postal Communication "Kyrgyzpost", while performing their official duties.
The basis for free travel in municipal public passenger transport is documents of the established form confirming belonging to the categories of citizens entitled to preferential travel, along with a personal card of the beneficiary.
