During these activities, protocols are drawn up for passengers who have not paid for their ride and have not received a ticket, in accordance with part 8 of Article 199 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The fine for non-payment amounts to 1000 soms and is imposed by the public transport inspection operating under the Department.
The Bishkek City Hall reminds that when paying in cash on public transport, it is mandatory to receive a ticket, which has a unique number and is valid for only one trip.
