Currently, the budget project for 2025 is being discussed in the Parliament.
As reported by the First Deputy Minister of Finance Ruslan Suynaliev, the planned volumes of the consolidated budget for 2025 will amount to 1 trillion 93.1 billion soms, which corresponds to an increase of 384.2 billion soms, or 154.2% compared to the previous year.
The draft of the revised republican budget provides for its resources to reach 939 billion soms. This is 352.9 billion soms more, which is 160.2% compared to the previously approved figures.
“According to the draft revised budget, the surplus of the republican budget will amount to 15.4 billion soms, which is 9.9 billion soms less than the previously approved figure. This is due to a higher rate of expenditure growth compared to revenues,” noted the deputy minister at a meeting with deputies.
He added that taking into account assets and liabilities, the total expenditure for 2025 will amount to 939 billion soms. This indicates the balance of the budget: expenditures equal the total resources considering assets and liabilities.
