This document has been developed in accordance with the Law "On Insurance and Insurance Activities," as well as the Code on Non-Tax Revenues.
The proposed fee amounts are as follows:
1. One-time fee for registration and re-registration:
– for actuaries — 10 calculation indicators, which corresponds to 1,000 soms;
– for insurance brokers — also 10 calculation indicators, that is, 1,000 soms.
2. Annual fee for maintaining the register:
– for actuaries — 1,000 soms;
– for insurance brokers — also 1,000 soms.
In addition, the draft contains the Procedure for maintaining the Unified State Register of Actuaries and Insurance Brokers, which will come into effect after the approval of this document.
