The draft states that the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution dated February 16, 2024, No. 58, which previously regulated the process of electronic registration and termination of activities of legal entities, will be recognized as having lost its force.
The Ministry of Justice has been instructed to take all necessary measures to implement the new provision.
