This year, amendments were made to the education law, according to which graduates of "Akyllman" can enroll in budget-funded places at universities in the country. The admission rules will be established by the Cabinet of Ministers. Furthermore, they can study abroad with the support of a state grant. In the event of successfully obtaining a full grant for education at international universities, they will receive a scholarship, the amount of which will be determined by the government.
It is important to note that a contract will be signed with the graduates of the "Akyllman" lyceum, obliging them to work for three years in government bodies, local self-government bodies, or in institutions and enterprises funded from the budget, or to reimburse the costs of education in case of violation of the contract terms.
The Cabinet of Ministers will also approve the rules for concluding contracts for education with students receiving grants, the procedure for their interaction, and the directions for study.
In this context, the ministry has developed new rules for obtaining grants for education at both domestic and foreign universities, as well as the procedure for concluding contracts with grant recipients and their interaction.
Additionally, norms will be established regarding the operation of the State Grant Commission, the procedure for submitting documents, conducting competitions, and concluding contracts for obtaining educational grants, as well as funding and reimbursement of education expenses in certain cases.
