The Kyrgyz Republic has published a list of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs that are not conducting their activities. This document was issued by the State Tax Service.
The territorial tax authorities will be able to initiate the forced closure of these legal entities and the annulment of registrations of individual entrepreneurs after 30 days from the date of publication of the list.
During the specified 30-day period, creditors and other interested parties may submit a request to the tax authorities to suspend the liquidation or annulment of registration if they have valid reasons or concerns.
