Among the main innovations, the following points can be highlighted:
- for children who have less than six months until they reach the age of 18, the examination will be conducted according to the procedure for adults;
- the examination must be conducted within five working days from the moment of registration of the referral;
- inclusion of re-examination after the expiration of disability status in the list of grounds;
- conducting a repeated MSEC examination remotely for citizens with limited mobility;
- introduction of remote (online) examinations for people with severe irreversible diseases.
In addition, it is proposed to convert certain documents into electronic format, change the deadlines for issuing certificates and individual rehabilitation programs, as well as abolish outdated norms.
