A discussion has begun in the country regarding a new project of aviation regulations titled "APKR-6. Part IV. Operation of Aircraft. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles."

This project was developed within the framework of a government decree that delegates legislative powers to state authorities. The main goal of the document is to adapt national legislation to the standards and recommendations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

The proposed regulations aim to establish uniform norms for the operation of drones within the territory of Kyrgyzstan. These rules will be mandatory for all state authorities, civil aviation institutions, and educational centers.

Upon completion of the approval process, the document will be submitted to the State Agency for Civil Aviation, which will be responsible for its further registration with the Ministry of Justice and publication in official sources.
