This document has been developed to harmonize with international standards and ICAO recommendations, as well as in accordance with the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers regarding the inclusion of regulatory acts in the State Register.
According to this order:
1. Approve the Aviation Regulations of the Kyrgyz Republic "APCR-7. Registration of Civil Aircraft" in the state and official languages, as specified in the annex.
2. The State Agency for Civil Aviation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:
– ensure the implementation of this order;
– within three working days from the date of entry into force, send the order in paper and electronic formats to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for registration in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts, as well as to the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic for information;
– within three working days after registration, publish the order in the state and official languages in the newspaper "Erkin-Too."
3. All ministries, agencies, civil aviation organizations, and educational institutions must implement the Aviation Regulations of the Kyrgyz Republic "APCR-7. Registration of Civil Aircraft" in their practice.
4. Recommend that the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic repeal paragraph 8 of point 1 of the previous order concerning the approval of the Aviation Regulations of the Kyrgyz Republic "APCR-7" dated January 27, 2016, No. 1.
5. The new order comes into force seven days after its official publication.
6. The control over the execution of the order is assigned to the Deputy Director K.T. Tölöğonov.
