The decree, signed by President Sadyr Japarov under number 331 on November 28, stipulates that the trial period will last from January 1 to December 31, 2026. This decision is aimed at improving the efficiency of state medical institutions, increasing their potential and competitiveness, as well as creating conditions for enhancing the quality of medical services.
The Cabinet of Ministers is instructed to:
- compile a list of medical institutions at all levels where the trial mode will be implemented;
- approve temporary regulatory rules for state hospitals within the framework of the trial and taking into account the budget allocated for the healthcare sector in 2026.
